Unchorlight Kenya Limited (UNK), launched a new rent-to-own finance service called “ZARIBEE” for all BodaBoda riders seeking new challenges in Kenya.
- UNK completed the PoC (Proof of Concept) period of its service and finally stepped up its operation into a business phase successfully. As a fresh start, UNK launched a new service “ZARIBEE” in September 2022.
- ZARIBEE is a comprehensive financial service that delivers motorcycles and working environment for bodaboda riders in Kenya on a rental basis. Through this service, UNK provides riders with job opportunities, credit scoring, safety network and comprehensive literacy enhancement so that riders can enhance their quality of life.
- More than 300 riders have received its service since the first launch including the PoC period. UNK will continue to support all its riders and aim to build a strong and trustworthy ZARIBEE rider community together.
